What happens after placing my order?

You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox. 

 

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please contact us at info@hikesensestore.com using subject CHANGE ORDER so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter. 

 

How do I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped. Tracking can take between 2-4 days to update so please be patient.

If your order isn't received after 8 weeks, please contact us via email at info@hikesensestore.com and we will contact our suppliers and investigate the matter to resolve any potential issues.

 

Our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so we’re asking everyone to be kind and treat our dedicated customer service staff with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Aggressive and abusive behaviour towards our people will not be tolerated. Thank you for your support and patience.

 

Where will my package ship from?

We are a small business, however we work with logistics partners around the world to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.  

 

At Hikesense Store, we aim to provide the best selection of hiking gear and accessories for our customers. Please note that if you purchase more than one product in a single order, the items may arrive separately and at different times. This is because we work with multiple suppliers to ensure you have access to a wide variety of high-quality products.

Lost or stolen orders

Hikesense Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
