Returns & Exchanges

What items are eligible for return?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please check our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Simply email us at info@hikesensestore.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll walk you through the process. If the product is damaged or faulty, please provide evidence to proceed with the return (image or video of the damage). Please, refrain from returning the item withour our prior approval.

 

Are returns free?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long does the refund process take?

Refunds tipically take up to 48 hours to process. You will be notified once the refund has been completed. However, please allow 5 working days for your financial institution to process the refund.
