RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@hikesensestore.com using subject RETURN ORDER.


SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 10 working days of receiving your order. Along with a detailed description, we require images (or a short video if more suitable) of the damage to proceed with the warranty process. Once our customer service team has assessed and approved your claim, we will contact you to arrange a return, refund, or replacement. Please refrain from returning the item without our prior approval.

Refunds typically take up to 2 working days to process. You will be notified once the refund has been completed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days for your financial institution to process the refund.

LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
Hikesense Store accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
